  Offered free complimentary nail clipping with vaccination dr Belinda did a poor job with nail clipping and didnt seem very talkative compared to other vets so it was quite awkward. Nails are still very long need to get them cut again. Not happy, first time here and won't come back again.

  Well i think the service could of been a lot better..i went there because my dog had a ear infection in his right ear..and slight redness at the time in his left ear. That didn't seem too be a problem as it was overlooked paid 35 dollars for medication i was told how too treat his right ear and now after the medication is allmost gone i noticed his left ear is now infected too..unfortunately iam unemployed and have no more money for no medication. If i was told too treat both ears from the start my dog wouldn't be suffering and i wouldn't have this problem...if the manager or owner would like to chat to me about this issue..

  Great guys. Staff friendly and as you'd want very knowledgeable. Doctor Hugo was the best with our very nervous Great Dane. He's even on the local FM 101.1 radio station giving advice to callers. They don't charge like a wounded bull when you settle up either, oh and the wife wants me to add, they save our budget as you can buy their flea and worming tablets individually instead of the entire box :)
