  Absolutely pathetic. My brother waited for almost 2 hours for his taxi. Called to book the taxi, then after a half hour called back to ask how far away, they say they have no booking for him but made another booking and said the taxi was only 5 minutes away. 15minutes pass a lady tthen takes his call and says again no booking in his name but makes another booking. Brother tells her His name is J A C O B. Half an hour later a taxi comes for another person, my brother asks the driver when his taxi will come, the driver says just wait for it. 10 minutes after he calls and is told that the taxi has been but couldn't find him. My brother then explains he's been there for more than an hour and that there was only 1 taxi but it was for someone else. He then is told yet ANOTHER taxi is being booked. Within 2 minutes the same taxi that said he wasn't there was the same greedy taxi that took the other person. He wanted the 2 customers. This whole situation is stupid almost 2 hours for a taxi, workers and greedy drivers who will make you wait for them instead of getting another taxi just so they can make that extra money. Pathetic.

  Taxi metres are all in Auto lock mode . The drivers cannot overcharge you any more extras. For off metre jobs the the price is accepted by driver through query channel.

  the worst treatment you can get as driver or customer, I think the dog or the prisoner gets better treatment.

  Honestly very disappointed.Yesterday the driver dropped me home and said it cost $10.he did not have the meter on.It should be 7-8 dollars.I asked him to put the meter on and he said that he had another job.I gave him $10 dollars.Feeling very sad at how this Indian driver can do this.And also today I was at the Shopping Center,after buying my daughters sport shoes and her lunch from Coles ,we waited outside Coles for a taxi.A Indian Driver had his meter on $13 dollar when we left,I asked him why?he said the meter was broken.but it should be $3.00. The driver dropped me n my Daughter with my 1 year old son at Woodridge State School.He said $10.I turned around and said to him,how dare you tried to rip me of.I am from Logan.You idiot I am trying to buy lunch for my kids and here you are trying to make a fool out of me.I said to this Indian driver do you have any kids he did not reply.The sad thing is that he saw the meter on his side of the window saying $7.00 he quickly pressed it and said $10.00 .UNBELIEVABLE.DISAPPOINTED!!
