  I had been referred by friends and family. So off I went with my territory and got quoted for a service. Returned with a list and a total of $1500 - excepted this based I knew the car needed work. When we returned to Cooke r the car after a week $3998 was my balance. 3 months later same issues appeared. Giving them another chance we returned quoted $900 plus for alternator I was speechless. I phoned around , spoke to ford, repco and a friends mechanic to hear it should only need this and that. So I went back told them what I knew and walked out with a $540 bill. This place sees you coming, over priced severely, takes advantage, replaces things that don't need the attention, customer service doesn't exist and don't expect your fuel tank to be anywhere near where you left it. I'm really disappointed in this place. Over $5000 they have received and still can't get it right. Won't be back. Won't refer and definitely won't ever spend that much on NOTHING again...

  Female&backpacker friendly! That means maybe nothing for a lot of customers ... But it's mean a lot for me! Recommended by a local, it pleased me to see that some garages can be more than trustfully! They did everything on time and better in advance! They managed their schedules to check the car on the day and did the work at a really fair price with a lot of explanation and care. Truly advice to anyone around Brisbane!

  Won't take my car anywhere else. Lots of Mechanics do the work for females based on we know nothing about cars. Ben took on board what I said and found my concern was correct and addressed this issue. He kept me in the loop the whole time and once before took me back to show me exactly what was wrong with the car so I knew what was happening.

  The manager Ben Aquilina knows his stuff and still believes in good old fashioned service. Very honest and will find the most affordable option to get you back on the road. Also supplies tyres plus has payment plan options. If waiting for your vehicle they make a great coffee.
