  We called ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed as our licence and card are American. When we arrived to the office we were told that we couldn't use an American debit card even though we called to check that. They also tried to charge us more than the price we reserved online. The "costumer service" person then swore at us and raised his voice.

  NOT RECOMMENDED. The man who served us was firstly rude that we came into the shop right before he was about to leave for lunch (at 11.30am mind you - sorry you are paid to work?) and he claimed that international driver's licences cannot be used to hire a car. I have in fact used Budget multiple times and knew this was untrue. He claimed that only drivers from England (not the UK, just England!) and the US could hire cars. Surprising for a large multinational car hire company? Wonder where they get customers then, as Australians wouldn't require a car rental from Logan of all places. Worst part is when we had spoken to Adam over the phone a few days ago, this apparently policy wasn't communicated to us. Needless to say, he lost a customer for the business today and Budget may have just lost 2 clients from here on.

  Great staff .. very helpful . Even organised a different vehicle from the same group that i preferred from another branch at a moments notice ..great work guys keep it up.

  No BS vehicle hire. After experience with their competitors I can assure you I won't bother with anyone else. Awesome prices, awesome service. Great company to deal with.

  If you need a truck to move your house, you should consider this place. I've never had any problem with these guys, only positive experience.
